The 5 Year Diary by Midori allows you to reflect on the same day each year for five years. It features a separate page for each day of the year, and each page is divided into three sections (5 lines in each section) for you to fill in on the same date over five successive years. A prologue section at the beginning provides space to write down your thoughts and goals at the beginning of each year.
